Exciting News!

That's right! The shop will be moving to the main drag in the new year!

A really great opportunity to move onto main street came my way at the perfect time. It's a little bigger with a lot of extra storage space + much easier to find. While I'll miss the cool vibe of being off the beaten path, this new spot is just what the shop needs to grow in its second year.

Plus, a fresh start is always fun! I can't wait to get into the new space + make it feel like home. Don't worry, H+F won't be losing the quaint + cozy vibe that's been created over the past year, in fact, I think you'll like this space even more! There will be room for more product + new makers but it will still be uber welcoming + cozy. How can it not? It's a store filled with items handmade with love + care!

And we'll still be able to offer all of our amazing workshops as well as continue to introduce new hosts + ideas to the lineup!

So, you may be wondering: where is this hot new spot? It's located at 165 Mississaga St East. Where is that? Our new neighbours will be Wilkie's Bakery + Flawless Boutique. Across the street from The Brownstone Cafe + a few doors up from Kahuna.

Want to say goodbye to the shop where it all started? You have until December 24 at 2:00pm to pop by + finish your holiday shopping + pay homage to the shop down the alley. Harold + Ferne: The Local Goods Co. will then be closed from December 25 until the end of January for the move + some other exciting changes being put into place (see below!). During this time, if you desperately need something from the shop please send an email to haroldferneshop@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help you out! But when the shop re-opens in February be sure to look for us in the new location!

If this wasn't enough exciting news I'll be turning even more exciting ideas into realities in the new year as well. Including an online shop (!!) + even more opportunities to explore your own creativity (anyone interested in a regular crafting club?!). So stay tuned for these announcements as well!
