Wow! Where did June go?! It feels like the month just slipped through my fingers now that July is just around the corner. I'm really excited about the next batch of Harold + Ferne events!
Melissa's Make + Take will get your family ready for summer outings and camping season, taking the sting out of bug bites + sunburns!
Then, Ashleigh will walk us through the art + science of sprouting which will help you enjoy all of those fresh healthy flavours that are my favourite at this time of year. It will be an evening full of information + tasty tastings.

Summer Make + Take w/ Melissa Van Dam
Melissa Van Dam is back to show us the best oils to use this summer! We'll be making a bug spray to keep those pesky mosquitos outta here, as well as an "itcheze" stick in case you do happen get some itchy bites! Then we'll also make an after-sun balm for a soothing end to all of those upcoming sunny, beachy days (they're coming we promise!). Remember, these recipes use all natural ingredients, including the powerful benefits of essential oils. So if you're looking to detox your family this summer, don't miss out!

Geometric Ceramic Coasters w/ Bethany Scott
Join Bethany Scott for a hands-on workshop where you will make a set of 4 Geometric Ceramic Coasters. You will be shaping, carving + painting the coasters with engobes. You can follow the geometric pattern or feel free to experiment with your own designs! The finished product with be fired in an off-site kiln + returned to Harold + Ferne the week following the workshop!

Embroidery Class w/ Olivia Neal
Join Olivia Neal in an introductory embroidery workshop! We will be stitching a tiny potted cactus design. This will be a great introduction to the art of embroidery + you will take home a small completed piece. An original pattern created by Olivia will be used + all materials will be supplied so all you need to bring are your nimble fingers!
